Forzi Francis

Francis Forzi is a seasoned Wildlife Ecologist and Agronomist with 18 years of experience of fieldwork in wildlife conservation and agroforestry in Cameroon, Egypt, Gabon, Central African Republic, Congo Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Chad, and Equatorial Guinea.

Francis has worked for several national and international organizations including the Center for Population Biology, Tropenbos International, International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), Center for Tropical Research-University of California, Los Angeles (CTR-UCLA), In Defense of Animals-SYCRC, Bioko Biodiversity Protection Program (BBPP) and Congo Basin Institute (CBI) where he held several positions ranging from Consultant through Associate Researcher to Stations Manager.

Francis is a trained ornithologist and a termite scientist. He has co-authored 3 peer-reviewed articles in 3 different journals respectively Climate Change Biology, Journal of Tropical Ecology, and Tropical Ecology.
